The short version: Gino has no accounts and doesn't ask for your name or email. We collect anonymous usage stats to improve the site, and that's it.
Your settings (room, energy, volume, and so on) and any purchased listening time are saved in your browser on your own device. We can't see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to learn things like which rooms are most popular, how long sessions last, and which features get used. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't collect names, emails, or anything that identifies you personally.
Gino is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare briefly processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use that information to identify visitors.
If you buy listening time, Stripe processes the payment and collects the details it needs, like your card and email for the receipt. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy. We receive a record of the sale, but never your full card number.
Students never need to sign up or share personal information. Gino works best when a teacher or coach runs it on a shared screen. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. See our privacy statement for schools.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
